Online Kinesiology Sessions

An awesome alternative to face-to-face sessions!!!

What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to tap into the subconscious mind, to help identify and clear stressors and emotions stored in the body. Kinesiology is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and works on a physical, emotional, mental (and spiritual) level.

What is involved in a typical online kinesiology session?

All NEW/INITIAL clients will complete a new client form to help understand what is going on in your life. This will be emailed to you at the time of booking. The session is then completed online using Zoom (or FaceTime). This starts with a conversation exploring what it is you want to work on and how you want to feel, in order to create the session GOAL. Muscle testing is then used to identify the relevant stressors and where in the body these stressors manifest. In the online space, surrogate testing is used (whilst it seems a little odd, it works wonderful). Natural/non-invasive REMEDIES are then identified and used to clear the stressors and help to bring the body back into balance. These work exactly as they work in a clinic session, the only difference is that you are guided on how to do it on yourself, and anything else that comes up is then mailed to you. HOME REINFORCEMENTS are used to help assist with the shift and reinforce the state of balance.
